I am trying the keto diet n it helps but its so hard to stay on it 😫. I keep going on n off of it by eating foods i shouldn’t eat. Got 4 seizures in a row, learn my lesson, back to keto. Gotta stay strict on yourself.

Hi I've had epilepsy for 29 years, the doctors told me that I was not gonna be able to have kids because of the seizures but God blessed me with three of them and it didn't effect them with any mental issues. We all have different bodies especially with being epileptic but God is keeping us alive because we are the chosen ones to have a testimony for his glory🤗🙏❤️
