I've taken some medication that I had some side-effects like feeling very tired all the time. I've also had alot of depression when I was growing up with seizures and sometimes today I get depressed.

Depression is very common with us.
We are STRONG WARRIORS TOGETHER but others see us as inferior or mentally disabled. We are not those! We face daily struggles and have to make adjustments for triggers sleep MD appointments lonely and lack of social interactions! These things can be depressing I remember one professor in college psychology class saying "If you meet a person who says they have never been depressed, you have met an insane person! People at some point in their lifes suffers from depression!" Of course I can't remember his name!
LOL šŸ˜ Mayo Team says my depression is in remission. I still take a low matinanace dose of antidepressant to keep it in remission. Many things help with depression. We have a lifetime to make good choices so we can stay healthy. Most of us on a daily basis are dealing with stress of Epilepsy! We are BLESSED with our friends who understand us here on this site! No one understands it until they have it! BEYOND EXPLANATION!
ENJOY EACH MOMENT MY FRIENDS!

Mostly make me tired which is not good because Iā€™m not a good sleeper anyway. I sometimes but not often get depressed but not sure this is due to the meds.
