Are you signing in with your current login information. You may need to go through Facebook to get to it. I previously had a similar problem but it was simply because I wasn’t logging in with the same method I had before. Good luck and I hope all goes well. I’m not sure but you may be able to download the application on your computer. 👍

You never want you passwords the same, then people can steal your information.

Lena, My phone is an Android. I can use the Internet, and search using it. You do not need to do that. When my Computer did not work however, I depended on the Internet on my phone.

Brian,I think someone said I tried to create a new password too often, so was locked out temporarily. I think the Passwords are reversed, but now remembered on both Google Passwords, phone and computer. I am very relieved.

When I click on the link through my email, which is Gmail, it automatically goes to the site. I bookmarked it, too. I have so many sites bookmarked, I forgot I did, though, but you could try that.
