Thanks Dave.
Thank you Irene.
Cheryl, I understand it's difficult for me to deal with this limitation. I am an avid walker typically doing 3 miles a day. I've invested in some hiking poles that have interchangeable tips for sidewalks and dirt. I find they work some days for me. Help with balance. I also put a comfy chair outside so I can get out and read etc. my neurologist agrees it's good to get fresh air and move my body. Check with your doctor and see if they have any recommendations specifically for you. I'm new at all this and learning what works for me.
Best wishes I look forward to learning what you figured out! 💜🤗
I think you can manage us a good enough reason and just go outside and enjoy your day and enjoy yourself and make the best of it, I have a few times I'm inside and such, I don't like being cooped up and make the necessary ways of being me and enjoy the outdoors and it's a good thing to do, don't think that you are restricted because of your condition, I am not, I find God's world he made for US to enjoy, I do and so can you. Then make it a regular practice for you and it will be easier than before, my opinion
Outside saves me. Maybe you can find a place to just sit and breathe in the fresh air.
