Briviac calmed my seizures at nite . They are more subtle to my husband. Yes! I am not on a high dosage.

I've been on lamotragine for over 10 years. I'm now on 250mg twice a day but the side effects are building and the seizures getting more frequent. I never have auras and most of my seizures are at night but quite lively I think. Lots of twists, tongue bites and often on the floor. I still have rather dramatic tonic/clonic beauts. I've been asked to change to Brivacetam. I looking for people's experiences

Brivacetam helped me but found out I had drop sz and sleep seizures! I was on Xcopri! I have used lamotrigine! I wish you luck!
