We just need to remember that seizures might happen... and to be prepared for them if we can be.
Just like anything else in life (like if you have kids or if you were to plant a garden), the way those things "effect" your life don't always go to plan.
Make sure your seizures are only a part of your life... don't live your life to your seizures! That's when we get stuck in the myth that your seizures own you.
Take control and own the day! 😇

I love classical, I haven't been to symphony in years. At least you were able to enjoy the performance. Glad you're ok.

Toni, I am so sorry that was the end of your evening! I hope you were able to recover fairly quickly. Did you go to the hospital, or were you able to recover at home? I hope you feel better today and are able to remember the concert. And yes, stay safe in the weather out there! Take care… K
