Kepra didn't work for my son who was 15 when he started getting seizures, and we tried others , even the new Kepra. He is doing well on Vimpat. If he doesn't forget to take his pills, no seizures.

Yes my daughter does Keppra 1000 -2x a day and Aptiom 800 -once, these have done wonders for awhile literally but yesterday we had to bump her Aptiom to highest dose 1200, due to she started having breathroughs again and more
