I have to eat well and enough, because not doing so can and does cause my seizures. I have Osteoperosis, so need Calcium and Vitamin D for that. on the How and when you eat can have an effect on how much and how well you sleep. For me, not sleeping well or enough is a Trigger. The last I drank was a little Sangria, which has very little Alcohol in it. Being healthy would be good for you anyway. When younger, I was on some heavy medications, so drinking too much Alcohol would kill me.

We must have food in our stomach before we take our medication, taking medication with a empty stomach can sometimes trigger a seizure.

For me, eating at regular times and having fairly healthy meals is important. When I skip meals, I tend to feel bad.
