What do I do? I have a special section on my smart phone called Epilepsy Questions underneath the Health section I always write questions that come up while speaking with the pharmacist about my current medication or will write out questions while doing research on Google. This can same type of section can be created in a notepad if you don't have a smart phone. =)

Purchase a note pad then create a category called Questions. In that category start writing all the questions you have for your doctor. You can also have another category to log seizure activity. I have a specific section on my smart phone that keeps track of everything. There is another section that keeps track of all medication that is being taken and any medication that changes. As I mentioned earlier I am my own advocate so this is a very big deal to me. Perhaps this is something you might need help building but I thought this may be something that would be helpful keeping on a daily basis.

I also try to stay positive and get plenty of sleep. Spending time with my family and friends also helps.

Always remember to keep a positive attitude and never doubt yourself when you think about doing things. You have epilepsy but don’t let it have you. When doing things outside remember to not get overheated
