Before starting Xcopri I was on Zonegran. Before that, I tried at least 5 meds including Keppra and Topamax. I have a memory test in April.

I was on XcopriKeppra and topamax. I dropped Keppra and slowly off Topamax . Went to UCSF in Epilepsy dept.I eventually was on 300 mg. They did psych for memory. I saw a Neurologist in memory dept. She noted why I was poor in memory. I was having sz. I was to toxic on Xcopri. I am now on Briviac and lower Xcopri! She said I was toxic on Xcopri each patient is different. Now getting use to Briviac w / lower Xcopri!

I'm on the first week of it. It's going to take 11 weeks to get regulated to the full pill. I made the change because I was on Zonegran for over 15 years. It is known for making kidney stones, which I have had.
I am on 3 other meds along with Xcopri. One is a migraine preventative, the other two are seizure meds also.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Oh really? It's been in the US for a while, I'm not sure whether it's over here in Aus yet.
