I wish I could help. I have no idea maybe you can get beans and put them in a mans sock. Warm it in the microwave for about a minute or two. And try that. It sounds strange i know but it works for me. Wish i could be of more help...
You'll be in my prayers.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , Not familiar with the PNES & the pain it causes but I sometimes use Biofreeze. It comes it different types like a gel that you can squeeze out but I use the roll on gel bottle cause I put it on the back of my legs cause I had one leg that hurts in the back after I was rear ended a few years ago & it was wasn’t a hard hit & the x-ray didn’t show anything but leg never bothered me till after that wreck & so my chiropractor recommended the Biofreeze cooling gel. I just take the tube & roll it on the back of my legs & never have to touch it. Some days it helps & others it might not last as long but it’s something I sure wish I knew about back when I was a dietary aide in the nursing home I worked at cause I was on my feet all day & my leg often hurt worse back then. Prayers you get to feeling better. Your friend in Texas, Becky
