Some may not agree with my advice, But I'm going to give what works for me; I start my day with the Lord and ask him to provide me with the strength to go forward without worrying about what might happen, I know at times that's not easy, but I do the best I can with the Lord leading my way.

Learn as much as you can and ask questions. There's a so much knowledge here in the this group and everyone yso helpful. Everyone is different and you have to find what works for you.

All I can think and tell you for you to control them is just keep on taking your medication I know it’s tough pray to God .

Don't let your push you around. This is your disease and your body. He or She is not living this life. You have a say in your care. It is part of HIPPA. ericthom3 Denise makes a good point !!
