Sometimes I cry my eyes out if I am having a lousy day. And turn on the music! Lately I’ve really enjoyed The Three Tenors 1990 concert in Rome. Wow!

Keeping stress at bay is different then eliminating it.
Eliminating it can take time and during that time stress builds up. My body presents this stress as physical tensions not mental. Recognizing this difference allows me to treat it in a positive way. A physical way. Laugh if you'd like, but this absolutely works. I take a deep breath and scream! Two times works. My Yoga teacher has only positive things to say about this Holistic approach.
Please try it and let me know.
Love
Janet
