Epilepsy isn’t just seizures brought on by flashing light.. light has no effect on myself. People need to be more aware of signs and probed help for the person experiencing the seizure .
The stigma behind it needs to change.

Yes there are people out there that doesn’t think we can do anything. And then there are people that know that we can do things. We just have to be careful.

People need to realize nothing has changes about me. Just sometime my memory isn’t great (write stuff down/record) but other than that there’s no difference between you and I :)

Theres alot of thing that I wish others would no like what
our triggers our. And that all of us on here have been through lots. Also how to treat others with it and how seziures effect us at daily individuals in life.
