When I had my seizures I would try and stay stress free and get lots of sleep but now it's been 14 years since I have had a seizure
Try and be positive. Try not to get stressed, anxiety, depressed , and any other negative emotions.
Do your best to get rid of stress
I don't think I have any I add extra concertation on one then another. If I do pay extra attention to one more then another it's my mind making it's own decision. As it does when you sleep making its own decision commanding all organs how to work and what you should be thinking about in dreams or nightmares. I treat one day like the other as if nothing's wrong.
Stay hydrated and learn lots!
