May not be the medicine. May be something that irritates you. Me I realized that computer screen lights . Which cant adjust. Bright headlights and lights. People screaming. Children yelling and screaming loud. Get to me without me noticing. Keep a small notebook with you . Write down what was happening before you had the issues. After awhile you will notice what it is that bothers you. Worked wonders for me.

Meant to comment earlier, if you're not comfortable taking more meds, don't hesitate talking to your Dr. about that. I never have with who I see now, he openly answers any question I've needed to ask since I've seen him. Thankfully since seeing him through the time he's put me on another presciption which not taking half of what I use too.

You are either be adapting to the medication ( meds not working itโ€™s full potential ) or Youโ€™re developing new areas of the brain , that have seizure activity.

If youโ€™re adapting to the medication, your Dr. May have to put you on a different AED brand .
