Lately I have been having seizures flurries and once I am able to get them to stop, the anxiety and depression doesn't die down much and it weighs on me and my body.
I do my daily routine of prayer and bible study, also self reflection, my answer
Resting and maybe listening to soft, relaxing music.
Music, reading , doing puzzles, relaxing, watching television and playing video games or solitaire. Anything that helps reduce stress and anxiety.
I usually listen to some relaxing music or maybe try to meditate a little.
Resting and relaxing is what I do to π€·ββοΈ sleeping π΄
