There are some of us that get seizures from certain foods. But that doesn’t mean that everyone will experience a seizure. There are many of us that can eat anything without a seizure.
You just have to pay attention ,when or if you body rejects a certain food , that maybe triggering your seizure.
It depends on several factors as every case is different. The only food that everyone can have trouble with mainly due to meds is Grape fruit.
There are many foods and beverages that are known to cause and trigger seizures. Some of them are caffeine, coffee, energy drinks, sports drinks, food coloring, food dye, fried foods, processed foods, pasteurized foods, Monosodium Glutamate (mostly in Asian foods), Lard (mostly in Mexican foods), Canola Oil, Aspartame (mostly in chewing gum and breath mints), Artificial preservatives and sweeteners, and herb/seasoning/spice of rosemary, sage, and basil. The diet usually recommended for someone with Epilepsy Seizures is called the Ketogenic Diet Treatment. This may work for some, but not everyone. Everybody's body is different.
I avoid grapefruit as well chocolate
For me it's watermelon and grapefruit
