Don’t let epilepsy be the main subject in Your life. Find a way to keep Yourself occupied when You are not doing anything. Or pick up a hobby, origami is one of my favorite things to do. I have lived over 30 years with seizures. My memory is the only thing it has really affected. Just try to stay away from things that can hurt you like tools, streets, etc.
