Every once in awhile, my taste buds will be off , to where my food or drink doesn’t taste the way they are suppose to taste.

Whether or not , it has anything to do with my Epilepsy or not . Not truly sure. Sometimes it might happen after taking my medications. But there are other possibilities of this incident happening too.

I do get a weird taste when I have an aura. It’s hard to describe what the taste is. There was a time a doctor was looking at my brain waves and I started to get that taste. She looked at me and said “You’re having an aura aren’t you?” So she could see seizure activity while I was having an aura.

My taste buds change at various times when taking my seizure medications. It isn't every day, but I would say two or three times out of the month.
