I was diagnosed at age 13 after having a grand mal seizure in my sleep. Had never had a head injury. Finally became controlled at age 19. After I had my first child I had a break through seizure and that was my last one. I’m now 59 and still have to take medication to keep seizures controlled. All my EEGs show only a spike wave when I fall asleep and I believe these spike waves are seen in 95% of the population. I was told I have true epilepsy which is seizures of unknown cause. I went on to be a Registered Nurse and retired after 30 years of service.

I attempted to be a D+A abuse counselling. Did pass course of psychology no prob. but a simple necessity course of study skills no. Have no prob. remembering highly interested or used often, but if not of interested or hardly ever used no memory.
