I know I have had early morning seizures where I am aware enough to feel panic. I might become nauseous. This is followed by 1 to several days of extreme fatigue, I also have smaller attacks that I was calling panic attacks but my husband thinks they're the same as the seizures. Whatever the cause, I would like relief. Any suggestions???

Those feelings you have are not panic attacks. Those feelings you get is called an “aura”.
I get those feelings and sometimes it will be followed up with a seizure.
It was not until I had changed my doctor and I told him about having these feelings like something bad is going to happen. He told me that those feelings are “auras”.
I was shown a breathing exercise to do and it had helped.
Eventually I had gotten a VNS implant. So, now when I get those feelings I swipe my bracelet that the doctor gave me a put on my chest where my implant and placed. The bracelet has a magnet on it. It will give a charge to the Vagus nerve that goes to the brain.
It has help me out a lot

That a little hard to explain. Only because any form of Anxiety, stress, Suicidal Thoughts or just any emotions that causes Stress are triggers for seizures.

There was a time when I would tell my mother about getting these feelings like something bad was going to happen.

I recently had a VNS implant. Now when I get these “auras” I swipe my bracelet across my chest where my implant was placed.
Most of the time it make me feel better right away. The bracelet has a magnet on it.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Depending upon the form of your seizures, you might not be able to tell them apart without a companion. Have you asked this question of your neurologist (who knows your specific forms of epileptic seizures)?
