I have Seizures with Seasonal Changes, Time changes, Weather changes. Stress
Hang in there and try and stay pos,
I’ve not been diagnosed with seasonal depression. It only exasperates the depression I’ve battled for 40 years. The location of my TBI (left front lobe) destroyed many of my emotional and cognitive facilities.
I’ve learned to cope the best I could over my life. Much of it by trial and error. Sometimes the errors left more emotional scarring.
Oddly, I have the inner strength and determination to press on and enjoy my life on life’s terms. Never give up hope. Have real faith that all things will work out and you’ll land on your feet. Just remember it may not happen on your time table.
Peace to all that suffer with various and untold pain, frustration, anger etc. give yourself a break. You’re worth it.
Really one day at a time because it's different every time
Monitoring stress &
increasing vitamin B 12 & D during winter helps me with my seizure threshold and depression.
Avoiding heavily tree-lined roads during fall & spring helps me with my light sensitivity.
Staying hydrated and working in early morning or late evening while staying in the shade during summer helps me beat the heat.
