Have headaches all day after a seizure until I sleep it off. I think that sleep is the only thing that can help these intense sort of migrain headaches. I think Auras can be a side effect of the headache not always the cause. Hope you can get some good rest.

I had bad headaches accompanied by visual auras before my first seizure. My fingers and arm moved involuntarily before this, while sleeping I had spasms. Eventually my headache tolerance increased. I do recall after a nap the pain was worse. I'm now on phenytoin sodium.
