I'm sore throughout my body. My fingers hurt like sore and stiffness. And a massive headache and woke up like that I didn't do anything strenuous yesterday. Can that be a sign

I have a cheap indoor camera in my bedroom so if I wanna go back and see if I had a seizure while I was sleeping I can, through the camera app.
Usually the sign for me is todd paralysis I wake up paralysed sometimes .

As a man who has gran Mal seizures, waking up feeling sore anywhere are definite signs of possibility seizures, especially since most of mine happen in my sleep. When I wake up from em my limbs feel numb and sore as fuck. Soo if I'm not feeling that, it's a good day xD. Then again I can't tell when they about to happen, when happen, and memory when I wake up is blank.

If you are unaware of your seizures and know one is around you, to alert you of any seizures. Look for signs ( Which may not happen all the time ). . Things like,
1.Hands and fingers twitch or shake, like some people experience, during a nicotine withdrawal from cigarettes)
2.Maybe you heart will speed u , like you ran a marathon.
3. If you’re eating or drinking and you come out of the seizure, noticing the misplacement of the dishes, or spills of food and drink. Maybe even spilt on yourself.
4 . If you fall or injure yourself and you don’t remember it happening, is another clue
Hope some of these help
