I get those! They're colorful sometimes and other times they're blue. Sometimes explosions and sometimes weird shapes. They always sound like a short circuit. I've had them my entire life. Long ago, my neurologist said they were the effects from nocturnal seizures. Sounds reasonable to me.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member just start listening to meditation music like native American flute music and just sit there for a while. Block everything out and just relax for a while. If you smoke tree (21+ years old crowd) it helps when doing this if you use indicas cause it'll help relax you. But what you should mostly focus on in this is your heart rate. Try to get when you inhale and exhale to both last at least 2-4 seconds each. While you're doing this for a while just sitting there with your eyes closed watch how your heartbeat/heart rate slow down and match your breathing. To help keep it like this do this every night before bed for a little bit. Helped me a lot with some things. Was super surprised but also stoked.

And yeah no problem dude. I know this shit is stressful as all hell sometimes. Especially with all the crazy ass shit that happens. My night terrors and hallucinations are constant as hell and just super dark and twisted. Hate that dumb stuff when it starts.
