I am always tired and I don't sleep well during the night. So a nap during the day keep me going. I have to otherwise I won't make it till the end of the day.

If I’m having many seizures and they are strong one, they knock me out and I have no choice but napping or sleeping the intire day away

I don't but i really should. I was doing it in the weeks/ months after I had my latest Tonic Clonic and had a dosage increase that failed. I always found that a nap always helped with afternoon tiredness. Even is I was'nt tired I would laydown and rest for 15-20mins and I would always find that I would never get that sudden burst of tiredness later on because I take a nap.
