Yes, the anxiety, restlessness, and constant fears are a problem right now. I think part of it was having to stay in for so long because of COVID, because in the last 3 years I’ve had trouble getting up the courage to go outside in public, especially with people I may recognize, but I started to feel a hostility from (imagined or otherwise). I also have difficulty sitting through a tv show, as I have to stand up often just to move. It’s difficult to sit through an entire movie, but I can do it, if I have my refreshments and maybe something to do with my hands before I sit.
