I have been working on a wargame since 1977, first in Basic 7, then in other versions of Basic, up through QBasic for Windows 10. I am looking for someone who would be interested in working on it with me.

I am looking for some assistance with graphics, in particular. I have the program set up to draw the rudimentary 20X20 grid, including the two cities which are at war with one another. Each city consists of a 4X4 grid in opposite corners of the playing area. Initially, each city has simple walls encompassing it for protection. As the players invest in R&D, over the course of the game, their cities' weapons systems and defenses increase in capability. The attached image is a screenshot of the playing area, including the two cities and the fiefs between them, some of which are aligned with the red city and some of which are aligned with the blue city. The currency of the game is energy, as it is crucial for the players to invest wisely the energy their city generates. This would be much easier to describe over the phone...(BO>)
