A drop of peppermint essential oil under my nose to keep me decongested, Rotate Tylenol/Advil for fevers and aches. Fisherman's friend for the throat. That's about it.

I agree with mantle. Eat healthy and rest

I'm a non-drug person. I never liked how much I had to take for seizures so I didn't take pills for anything else. I just tried food and liquids.

I use a diffuser with essential oil drops in it I find that works better then mixing a bunch of meds. And sure makes things better for me.
