I did see my Neurologist yesterday and we discussed the results of the at home EEG I had. Said he saw quite a bit of activity in the lower left portion of my brain at night. So I guess the answer here is yes there are results.

Any abnormalities to explain my previous seizures

That depends on what results you are looking for. If you are expecting to have a seizure recorded it may not happen. Unless something happens and triggers a seizure.

I just had this done last week, it wasn’t too bad actually. As far as results go, I would think they go to my neurologist like all the other test results and we would discuss them when I see him.

BettyMorrison—Yes, there are results, and would be a report about an ambulatory EEG. The advantage of an ambulatory is that it can catch seizures that happen during the somewhat normal activity in your home environment. And yes it can catch seizure clusters if they happen. I’ve heard that the only disadvantage is that you have to be careful that it stays on the whole time for accuracy's sake, and so it can be inconvenient and uncomfortable (no showering or washing of hair for 3 days). And again, I believe it needs to stay on the entire time.

So yes there would be a report after the technician and Dr read it! And under federal law, you have a right to see the final summary after it is finished and your Dr goes over it with you. I hope that helps you.
