I work out twice a week and I can definitely see a difference in my energy levels. Tiredness is one of my medication's side effects so I contrast that with exercise. When I don't work out, I take walks with my dog.

Yes most definitely especially stretch and breathe exercises like yoga or qi gong. Nature walks are good if you cant manage cardio or vigorous work outs

I do take walks once in a while, they are good for me to do, some ave 4 tenths of a mile and some 2.9 one way, 5.9 round trip, I do not mind doing that, it helps me stay in ok health, my opinion

I don’t find exercising making a difference in how I feel.

Yes and no. I felt better but sometimes I got overheated and had a seizure.
