From what I understand from both diets they both have foods that include fish and nuts both include healthy types of fats one severely cuts carbs and one at least allows brown rice and whole grain bread and some fruits besides berrys. I think I’m going to have to follow my own kind of diet that I think is possible to lose weight and build healthy muscle with.i understand it seems a little bit crazy but the known diets just doesn’t cover all my health issues and I will probably do good starting with a silly little thing that I call dance therapy.when my ribs heal add my strength training I used to do with music of course.I’m getting started with lowering my sugar content by putting stevia in my coffee and one dash milk instead of cream.I quit drinking sodas right after the holidays.I’m also trying to drink a little more water each day.natural butter for butter needs and olive oil for most oil needs . For really strong sweet cravings I got some dark chocolate baking chips but I limit it to a teaspoon a day lol

Hello, I have just started a plan to go on a diet, believe me it has not been easy at least for myself. The first thing to do is get some help from Your Dr., or try doing what I am that has worked, so far 2 1/2 pounds are gone. If You drink any sodas, stop drinking them, don’t eat junk food, don’t eat between meals. I drink Fruit2O now. It has no calories and tastes good. Look into the ketogenic diet see ir that is a possibility. Apparat from simply walking I do not excersize. So start a little plan of doing something You can do safely every day. Loosing weight is not easy and fun. Good luck in the future.🍕
