I'm having forgetfulness. I have partial complex epilepsy. I now have been having frequent " focal/dissociative," I am not sure what to do. Is this for my psychiatrist or neurologist? How can I get this straightened out?

Ahh thanks I just feel I've had enough self pity. And if I haven't learned anything in 30 yrs . Then 30 yrs I've wasted. And I believe I've always been here to help others. And need others too.

I had a focal to bilateral tonic-clonic seizure in September 3 2021. I have run into issues with getting my tongue tied a lot. I might go to say a word but before I can get it out the next word is trying to come out at the same time.i don't know if my brain is going faster than my physical body can or the opposite is happening. I also recently I'm having a bit of an issue with remembering how to spell words or picture them in my head to figure out how to spell them. Some might be words I don't use much and some I have use a good bit.
