I've been told that mine has occurred because of brain damage from seizures. And not much I can do. So I keep a journal or try it gets hard to remember to. Lol 😂 but I do try

I have a huge chunk of Jersey loss because of all the sezuires I've suffered throughout my life and all the scare tissue its left on my brain and because of all the operations I've had and the anisteashia witch I've aciddintly inhaled a couple of times during my operations and surgiers and I have a hard time finding the right words and trouble spelling and remembering peoples names and figuring out the right words to make and complete a sentence decline in brain function but I don't feel dumb about it because it's something that happened to my that was out if my control and couldn't be fix and I believe it happened for a reason so I let it go and live my life and it makes no difference to me if you like me or not because that's who am.

Yes it can make you feel silly but it is what it is..and if ppl think less of you for it.. they can get stuffed .

First of all, you are not Dumb. Epileptic seizures cause memory loss. It's not our fault. Believe it or not, We are smarter than others, but because of the same medications that we take mental people take is where the assumption comes.
