Sounds like you’re experiencing photosensitivity seizures and Peti Mal seizures

Flashing lights that flash quickly like strobe lights, bright LED lights, sound, and light from devices with screens can give me headaches sometimes. They usually go away with advil and if that doesn’t help me than I know a nap or going to bed will help.

I enjoy the sunlight, or even a cloudy day. It seems as I've aged and gone through surgeries and all. As long as I'm not going through stress, I hardly have seizures in comparison to my younger years. Being fortunate to be decreased on some meds. since being put on a new.

I myself have a sensitivity to sunlight and too much exposure can trigger a seizure for me. My seizures are due to a TBI in my childhood and I also have migraines. I keep my home dark as well.
