Does Sleeping On One Side Or The Other Seem To Effect Seizure Quantity?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

If anyone has seizures in their sleep, like me. Do you notice if you have more seizures if you sleep on one side or the other? For me it seems like if i sleep on my right side, i have more frequent seizures in my sleep.

Unfortunately I don't think so. it happens with anything that interrupts the normal connection between nerve cells in the Brian. With some seizures.its better to try not to be stressed or hot what triggers mine
