Yea it is legal here in VA , you can only have a limited amount unless Dr prescribed. Still limited but more than without prescription

I don't use it but I'm all for it being legalized at a federal level and all states. If alcohol is legal then cannabis should be because alcohol is actually way more dangerous. I think there should be laws governing usage just as there are for alcohol as well. Back in the 70s and 80s having more than an ounce was considered a felony and people would go to prison. I think when they made it legal recreationally here in Arizona they let people out of jail who were in for possesion.

weed planting is legal in most of my state. cbd is legal but thc is illegal. the kicker is you can buy it in store and with a id (like buying a beer or wine).
