There are 2 things that come to mind .

1. After his seizure and he has come out , his heart pulse may increase that way.

Every now and then, my heart rate will increase too. I feel like I was in a race. But, most of the time,I don’t know when I seizure.

2. If his heart rate is elevating all day long, then he may have anxiety issues.

You are a very strong person & a loving mum ,doing a fabulous job.Im assuming his heart rate is monitored by machine I wonder how quickly the rate returns to his normal rhythm What do the medics think?I think you need to have a chat with one of the professionals involved in Joseph's care x
