If You Have A Seizure Can It Fill Like You Just Fell Asleep.
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

If yes how can I explain to people that I can't tell for sure if I had or hadn't had a seizure. That would also mean I can't tell how many I have or when I have them.

The only time I can tell I have had one is when I try to get up and then I immediately start to fall backwards, I almost fell into the bathtub the other night when my boyfriend was at work, I thought I had just fell asleep but then I started piecing everything together, I could walk, I was extremely nauseous, and my head was throbbing really bad

I have mine in my sleep. I typically know right away when I wake up. My tongue usually is bitten. I'm really tired and I have a memory recall routine. Every immediate family members birthdate, 3 different peoples social security numbers, five different work username and passwords. I can tell really quick.

I have mine in my sleep and I can tell I've had a sezuire as I wake up my mind is in the clouds and am still tired after getting a good nights sleep when I was getting them and am unmotivated but I can also tell by my sleep log and matching it up with the sezuires I have in my sleep and when I take my naps and they all match up when am sleeping or coming out of sleep.

I got a Garmin watch that tracks my blood pressure and movement while I sleep. The cost is a bit high but has helped far more than when I was only guessing.
