Pork is a trigger for my husband siezures. Along with lack of sleep. Does anyone else have these problems?

Lack of sleep is a very common one. Stress and anxiety. Missing medication. Alcohol consumption.

Stress is my biggest but also sleep deprived and concentrating on something for to long and hard and heat exhausted and also being around to much drama could trigger a sezuire for me.
