Any One Else Wake Up Feeling Like They're Drowning In A Pool Of Sweat?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I live in fl, i really need to know if anyone else out there wakes up gasping for air like they're drowning in a pool of their own sweat in a 60 degree room. I can never be temperature comfortable, either hot or cold no in between, and when i sleep i feel like i wake up drowning in my own sweat, not from any seizure activity but temperature body regulation alone. I NEED to know if this happens to anyone else out there with pur problems

I to that too! Can only take the cover off so far because My Husband is always cold. So finally I cool down with just having the sheet covering Me

I have to stick my feet out of the bed sometimes so I can sleep or I sleep with the covers off if it’s too warm and if it gets too cold I just fling the covers back over I blame my heating but I can’t just now it’s cold in Scotland it’s hormonal with me I read in bed I get too hot I need to sleep with my feet outside the covers x x

I don't wake up gasping for air, but I wake up soaked in sweat. I hate it because it makes me cold. Mine is definitely hormonal.
