I had my 2 Pfizer vaccines and no side effects after either. It has now been 24 hours since I had my 2nd shot. However, I have known others who have had some of the various side effects. My sister had the sore arm and tiredness too, and I went with her to get both vaccines.

I think a response is just a guess at this point. I don't think they've specifically studied people with epilepsy. Docs are having to do risk/benefit analysis at this point b/c they don't have specific data. Will be interesting to hear what he has to say.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member you are right by saying wearing a mask and distancing... i am saying be vary, vary careful about this covid 19 vax. it is not fully tested and is rushed to production without long term side effects.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, I was talking about the vaccine. I take the virus seriously! I wish others would too. And yes, I listen to the docors and scientists. I used to work in the medical field, I know this is serious business.

I had the pfizer covid vaccine on Tuesday with no problems. I had a mild headache, but I think that might have been from allergies because pollen is really bad right now in our area. Either way I would still have taken it if that was the side effect. I didn't even get a sore from it like a lot are. Either way, not a big deal at all. It didn't cause problems for me seizure wise afterwards.
