All of the previous things mentioned are great things to do & I'm trying to do self help cbt as well as some journaling & meditation 😊. They seem to help some but it's not easy to not think about things and allow depression or anxiety to get you down. Guess that's just human nature 😣. I understand the inner struggle (spiritual/emotional) and you're in my prayers 😊

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member i had a lot of small to large seizures per day. my go to when i am having partials are laughter or singing. something to take my mind out of my seizures. someone said, 'you have 2 choices... to laugh or to cry. i chose to laugh.' i take it as, seizures are there and you will cry about um or laugh about um.

In our situation it seems getting upset snowballs them. Depending how upset depends on number and or duration. That was until meds have changed. I will say that for my daughter they suggested cognative behavior therapy and sensory therapy. It has helped some.

Relax in bed,put your mind in another world with tv or a book,it hurts when ppl don't understand. I almost died yrs ago,due to neglected by drs.hang in there,n I need a friend who has been there. God bless.
