Has Anyone Had A Weird Feeling On Their Toes?

My seizure always start on my left foot and I know when I’m about to get a seizure because I get that weird feeling on my toes But lately I have been feeling that weird feeling on my toes every day and sometimes I can’t even move my foot.. and does anyone know how to make it stop, I honestly don’t know it it’s a numbness bec it feels more like cramp.

i have a aura seizure, i get this tingling feeling (pins and needles) from my feet to my brain. when that happens i sometimes freeze up. i do not know your style of seizure but when i have a aura, i sit down and deep breath. if that didn't work, i sing something.
