You might look into working from home. Many companies offer the option of working from home, especially if the job is mostly on computer.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member you can still be a school photographer, its just you need a guy (i call people, guys) to keep an eye on you. or go be a wedding photographer or a 'family' photographer or even a 'make your own hours' sorta photographer. i use to have partial to grand mals a lot per day. i thought 'i am a people person and i love art'... i quit painting (i hit a brick wall sorta stuff) and some guys got me to a daycare center. the rest is history.
my advise is to get your team (a guy(s) that knows what to do if you are having a seizure) so that if you are having a seizure, your team will handle it. i have about 2-5 worker guys (at 1 time) that know what to do when i have a seizure.
all i am saying is be extra careful on the job. if you are still getting a school photographer, maybe put squishy padding on the floor. get an extra guy to kinda keep an eye on you. and/or know your surrounding at all times (when you are working).
Hi Sarah try not to be so hard on yourself is there some sort of freelance photography or something along them lines I am sure you will get your medication sorted out it's just finding the trigger that makes you have seizures with me it's lack of sleep I wish you all the very best Sarah ok
Find an understanding boss that understands your situation you cant be faulted for something you have no control over
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member . I have a couple suggestions.
1: get ahold of the Epilepsy Foundation in your state , for some advice .
2 : find out where you County Gov. built or court house, ask for The Rehabilitation Service agent ( AKA DRS agent or councilor ) . They can have you get back on your feet and help you find a job
