The best thing You can possibly do is not put as little pressure on the ones that are broken/not try to lean on them when You sleep, maybe put something softer on Your bed?

I had an incident when I was just reading in the guest room. I was laying on the guest bed and had a seizure. I fell off of two mattresses and a frame on to the floor. I guess I was unconscious because I only remember the seizure coming on and that was it. When I came to I was in the hospital ER. I have asthma and I had a breathing mask on and was experiencing chest pains. Spoke to my wife and she told me she had to call EMT. Darryl, if pain persists the next day please go to the hospital!

My Primary Care Physician gave me a script to get a Ibuprofen 600 for pain because of the ribs. Boy, do I sleep well! I wake up @6:30 and take meds (including Ibuprofen). Go back to sleep 😴. Wake up again now about 9:15..😂
