Did you file with an attorney, or by you're self? I don't want to be discoursing , but if you filed it by yourself you're chances are very poor. If you did, or plan to use an attorney look for one that specializes in disability suits. Keep in mind that attorneys only get paid it the client gets back payments. If the attorney isn't communicating it most likely means he has little interest. Find a new one asap.

I filed on the 22nd of last month and a guy called wanting to ask me some questions. I've tried to call back but I think the corona virus has the office shut down.

It CAN take a long time. The only way to get it done quicker is to hire an attorney and stop trying to do it yourself. There is about zero chance you can get it done by yourself. Keep in mind that by law an attorney can only get paid by getting 30% of any back payments you get. You will never see a bill. In my case, I wasted time trying to do it myself (most people do), then contacted an attorney who got it done pretty quickly. I got no back payments, so the attorney did not make a cent from this case. I actually felt a little guilty.....
