I have had seizures for almost 33 years and I can help you out a lot. First of all your heart does beat faster when you're having a seizure and you feel like you can't breath. That is normal, therefore you are having a seizure. Don't feel bad about the medicine because it still hasn't controlled mine after 32+years. Most of all NEVER GIVE UP. You are a lot stronger then you think you are. Please ask me any questions you have. I am not a Dr. but I have had a lot of surgeries and procedures threw out the years.

Yes I go through this small absent seizure or is it an Aura? I"m not really sure what it is. Last time I had a seizure was 4 years ago, I have these Auras and I question them as well, they last about 30 seconds and my heart rate goes up and I feel weird and kinda zone out.. I hate when it happens!!!

Yes my partial seizures start off with a strange de ja vu I stare into space start chewing on my gum and have strange hand movements I can feel them coming on then but then when I come out of my seizure I am very confused and feel weak xx

Believe it or not I'm going through the exact same thing. I recently developed epilepsy and having similar experiences. The worse seizure I have ever had was through a dizzy type zoom out seizure and I usually have a physical seizure.

He's a keeper .I have partials , I also have at times clonic seizues The funniest thing I did ( I know they're not funny really), was tap my hand constantly on a plane window I went to open the door to the postman- an automatism.Door bell rings so you know to go to the door right ! I don't wear night clothes - good job I couldn't find my keys I can laugh now but was mortified at the time Take care x
