There are many things that triggers a seizures.
Lack of sleep, stress, late on meds ( as you know ) , then there’s foods and drinks . There are still more triggers. You could take all the right steps of preventing your seizures and just from out of the blue , you still may have one.

I’ve been all the meds out there until a new one hits the market. My seizures are still not 100% controlled. I expect at least one seizure a day.

First you need to take your medicine on time write it down lay them out in dixi cups so You know if they are gone you took them, then eat good 3 good meals breakfast ,lunch supper snacks if you wish get at 7 hrs of sleep if you can’t get it during the night rest during the day, don’t over work do so much sit keep hydrated ,stay away from caffeine which is coffee , colas, some teas as it gives you headaches and too much can cause seizures ,

THC is not good for sezuires it’s makes sezuires worse . I herd the oil doesn't have THC and works good . The best advice is from your Dr. I tried the edibles and I had sezuires back to back ended up in the hospital and taken by ambulance.
